I'm setting up this go fund me to help towards the cost of veterinary bills for Mr.Pickles.

Mr.Pickles is a little rescue french bulldog. He 3 years old .

When he came to live with me , he had a hemivertebrae (a twist in his spine) that wasn't affecting him . I couldn't insure him because of this.

Last Friday, he ruptured a disc in his spine and was diagnosed as having grade 4 IVDD a spinal disease where the discs dry out and burst.

This caused him to lose the use of his back legs and his ability to wee.

At the moment I have him on crate rest and I am expressing his bladder a few times a day .

I am heading to Sunbeam vets in Cork on Monday for a CT scan and assessment for surgery in the hope that he can regain some feeling in his legs .

The cost of the treatment has been quoted as €4000 thats for a Ct scan and surgery.
