<div>My name is Jenna Marie Jones. On June 22, 2025, my world came crashing down. That day, I received a phone call that no one should ever have to get - the call that my mother, Monica Karin Jennings, my stepdad, Michael John Jennings, and my sweet sister, Kayla Mitchell-Nash, had all been murdered. They were all at home. Kayla was just 32 years old and had only been married for a few short months. She was lying in bed with her two-year-old son when she was killed. Michael was inside, and my mom was outside trying to escape the shooter, her own son.

<div>No one can understand the pain and the grief I feel. I wake up every morning reaching for my phone to call my mom or my sister, only to realize they will never answer again. I am now left trying to navigate life without my family. The silence is unbearable. I cry, I scream, and nothing comes out. I just want my family back - but I know I never will. <strong>A dear friend helped me set this up for what's ahead - including attorney fees, cleaning their home, making payments, and counseling for myself and my children as we try to heal.</strong>

<div>We are also preparing for a trial, which will bring its own emotional toll. Reliving these moments over and over again makes me physically sick, but we have to face it. I also had to come to terms with another devastating truth - that the person responsible for taking my family from me was my own brother.

</div>
<div>The only small comfort is that the grandchildren who were in the home that night were not physically harmed, though what they witnessed is something no child should ever have to experience.

<div><strong>If you are able to help in any way through donations, sharing this page, or simply keeping us in your prayers - it would mean more than words can express.</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div>Thank you for helping me stay afloat and for honoring the memory of my family.
