This evening, our dog Shadow went out back to use the restroom. Then we heard him crying. I ran out back to see the neighbor's dog had his mouth attacking Shadow's leg through the fence and wouldn’t let go. Shadow’s leg is torn to where you can see his bone and ligaments. He needs emergency surgery to repair his leg to reattach the skin. Medical bill is $4000. Anything helps for our precious baby he didn’t deserve this.
