Help With Sam’s Medical Expenses

Sam has encountered an unexpected medical emergency, he hasn’t been feeling well the last couple of weeks and passed out late last week. After going to the ER and multiple tests they have determined he has Aortic Stenosis. He will be having heart valve replacement surgery sometime next week and is facing a lengthy hospital stay and an extended recovery time out of work.

Anybody that knows Sam knows he’s one of the most giving people who has ever lived. Anytime there is a need whether from family or friends he is the first to step in and help. Now it’s our turn to help him in return. Any amount helps and thank you so much for helping my friend who is like family.
