Help with rare illness Pyoderma Gangrenosum

My name is Steven Young, I am 34. In December 2017 I started to produce boil like nodules on my face the GP treated them as boils and prescribed antibiotics. After a month the condition started to get worse and I started to produce more nodules. I was then referred to my local dermatology unit. after months of tests and biopsies they couldn't find out what was causing these painful nodules. After experimenting with numerous different powerful medications my body was not reacting to treatment. At this point after 18 months a diagnosis was made from a top consultant in Guy's Hospital London of Pyoderma Gangrenosum which Is an extremely rare auto-immune disease which attacks the skin. The statistics say it's 1-100,000 can produce this disease. I am now on very powerful medication which renders me to ill to do anything
I lost my job in May 2018 due to this illness, I now have multiple wounds on the top half of my body which are extremely painful and have to be dressed daily and due to the medication I am on which suppress my immune system. I now have type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis and arthritis in my pelvis due to the medication. The last 3 years have been a nightmare and is taking it's toll on me and my partner, she is supporting me physically and financially and has now put herself in debt to support me as the only get a small amount of benefits.
I have debts of my own which I cannot pay because I cannot work and I am still paying for my prescriptions because my condition isn't on the list so I can't getting a medical exemption. I suffer with depression and have attempted suicide twice, I feel like a prisoner in my own home and have worked and payed my taxes and can't get any financial aid.
As I don't have a successful treatment at present and the NHS are running out of options for me, I have decided to set up this fundraiser so I can branch further away for my treatment and there is a number of consultants in the states that may be able to help me.
I want to get my life back and I hope there are some generous people out there that are willing to help me get better. I have never done anything like this before but I am guessing that is what these websites are for.
