Couple years ago our dad passed away and now my sister Tiffaney Wear passed away on her 34th birthday after having surgery.  She was developmentally disabled and we are raising funds for funeral expenses. Anything would help. She was a long time resident of skagit county. And congratulated from sedro woolley high school.
She was a member of the Catholic Church.
