Help With Murphy's Veterinary Bill

My cat, Murphy, suddenly became very ill, right after Christmas,  on 12/26/2020. This  was totally unexpected. After searching FRANTICALLY, for a place to bring him, for treatment, I found an Emergency Veterinary Hospital, that is open 24/7. I brought Murphy, to the hospital, on a Sunday night. We arrived around 9:30 PM. After Murphy was examined, hospital staff requested I have Murphy, remain overnight, so they can do tests on him. I called the hospital, the next morning, the doctor sounded optimistic about Murphy's condition. The doctor called me back, Monday afternoon, with the very GRIM news, that Murphy was in very rough shape, had multiple organ failures, was in alot of pain and was DYING!!!  I was told by the doctor that Murphy was MUCH OLDER, than I was told by the ASPCA, when I adopted him as a rescue. Instead of dealing with what I thought was a 5 year old cat, I was told by the doctor that Murphy was a SENIOR cat, at least 10 years old! I made the HEARTWRENCHING decision to EUTHANIZE Murphy, since it was the only humane option. Murphy was exhausted, dehydrated and in constant pain. I held Murphy, in my arms, while the doctor removed all his pain. Mine and my son's hearts are BEYOND BROKEN, but we know that Murphy is no longer ill and he is now PAIN-FREE!!! I wanted him to transition from this life to the next, comfortably and with dignity. I did my very best, to accomplish that, in spite of a lack of funds. PLEASE HELP US!!!
