Help with Mongo’s medical bills

My handsome 7 year old Great Dane mix has some health issues. He has severe chronic dry eye and lately has has began having frequent nose bleeds. The medicine for the dry eye alone is over $150 a month. The consultation and possible hospital stay for the nosebleeds were quoted at over $3000.
