Help with Mel’s hospital bill

I’m here today to ask for help, even if is just a little of help is counting high for me and to my baby dog.
I have Mel, (means honey in Portuguese) she is a Yorkshire terrier, the tinies type, she is 10 years old, she weighs only 1,5kg of pure love and she is very, very happy and healthy.
2 days ago I came home she was absolutely normal, happy dance happened, mommy is home.
I started to cook my lunch, when I decided to look at Mel who had, as normal, jumped on the couch. She had a very weird face, I called her name, same face, I called her name with softness and love, same face. I ran to her. Melzinha (little Mel) are you ok bebê? I picked her up she screamed.
My heart dropped and I ran to the emergency hospital. She was screaming out of pain in the U6 (Metro in Vienna) I was sobbing in tears. I had no idea what has happened to her.
My fiancé came to meet me. They took her in and this far, after 2 days there they don’t know what has happened, but that she has something wrong on her neck.
They are giving her strong pain killers. Yesterday when we went visit her she “ran” to me and climbed my upper body, crying and laid there and didn’t want to move for 30 minutes. I don’t know how to make her feel better and my heart is totally broken.
We signed paper at the hospital that says that her hospital bill can reach up to 2600,00. We had to make a 30% down payment of that to leave her there.
Today they will start doing the heavy stuff on her such a general anesthesia for CT and MRI. Because she didn’t improve in 2 days. My heart is completely broken
I don’t have a job here yet, my fiancé has a lot on his plate and is trying to take care of everything but this time I know we can’t afford all of this and that we do the world for Mel.
Please help us with as much as you can so we can take Mel back home when she is better.
