My name is Bob Nelson and I have become very sick with life threatening illness and not been able to work sense July 1st 2024.I have 2 illnesses that I have been diagnosed with and they are advanced liver disease and and I have Veres in my esophagus that if they rupture I could die. Have cashed in my bonds,401k and just run out of my savings. I have a lot of bills as co-pays medications and certain foods that I can eat. I haven’t been able to work due to dizziness and passing out, nausea and just not have enough strength.
