<div>This is My Son Cory. He was admitted to the hospital on April 7th in kidney failure! He is only 30 years old and is much too young to be going through this. He only has 3% kidney function right now and has to have dialysis 3 times a week ongoing and is looking at a complete kidney transplant within the next few months.  Cory, up until now, has been a healthy and active 30 year old man. He is not only facing a life-altering condition but getting the medical services he needs now means his life actually depends on it!  I am reaching out to my online community as well as family and friends for much needed help to assist him with covering the extreme medical costs he is facing! He has medical insurance through his employment but it will only cover a portion of the heavy cost he is facing. We are also unsure how long he is going to be able to keep his insurance if he can't return to work by the time his medical leave ends. There is a lot of uncertainties right now. We are trying to raise $10,000 for now to help offset the costs he has already incured, not knowing the cost he is looking at ongoing.
