Help with leg surgery

Hey everyone! I hate doing this but I'm needing alittle help. So as most of you know my family and I have had a rough year. With covid and with carbon dioxide poisoning and me breaking my leg. So I've been off work since sept. 21st with this leg injury , that seems to not want to heal on it's own so now there wanting to do surgery and I'm having to start the whole process over . I really need this surgery to fix my leg but money's been very tight with me still fighting to get my short term disability while I've been off and my husband trying to keep up with the Bill's and feeding the children with out my income help. Hospital wont let me due a payment  arrangement so I have to have a lump sum of 1200.00 down. And rite at the moment I dont have that kinda money stashed away. I really hate to ask for help. But I'd like to get back to normal back on my feet and get this out the way so I can get back to work and I can be the one to bless others that need help. Anything to help would be greatly appreciated if you can help. Thank you
