Help with Kidney transplant please!

Since she was 12, Sarah has been fighting an auto immunity disease which has been attacking her Kidneys. She is 18 now and has already survived and pushed herself through Chemo therapy and other painful treatments to keep herself going. On the week after Christmas her disease caught up to her, she will be getting treatments now three times a week until she can find a living donor. Her father works for Bath Ironworks here in Maine, and i work in both a farmers market and a bakery, we desperately need help with her medical expenses as insurance does not cover all or cover lost time at work getting her the critical help she needs to keep surviving.
ABOUT SARAH
Sarah is 18, she raises rabbits on her own and is one of the best breeders in New England! SARAHS RABBITS
She also was also part of the FEI (FEI North American Championships for Young Riders) And was supposed to go to Florida to ride for the USA in the young rider 75 mile race. However she will unable to go now but her coach said the team will be waiting for her to be able to ride again! She is going to community college to become a nurse and loves it!
Sarah also works at the family farm Lipovsky Gardens, which has been in the family for three generations now!
PLEASE HELP
Sarah wants to ride , go to college and continue breeding her rabbits! She has already sold some of her favorites to try to help with costs, she needs help with paying for everything related to her Kidney issues that insurance will not cover!
