Mom Needs Help With Home Healthcare

My name is Mark Weaver and my mother who has severe dementia needs help keeping her home healthcare aides coming to her house.  My mother's name is Enid Weaver and she is 87 years old.  She was diagnosed with dementia three years ago and has become progressively worse each week.  

Enid had spent 30 years as a devoted public school  teacher for grades K-3.  She then earned her Master's Degree in child psychology and served Columbus Public Schools until her retirement.

Enid's condition has left her virtually unable to care for herself.  Placing her in a live-in care facility would accelerate her condition significantly.  

For the past three years I have been able to financially provide her with 24/7 home care givers who have been life saving. They are able to provide and assist with all facet's  of her everyday life.  They give her the attention and care that could not  be provided by a rest home.  

I couldn't imagine what the last two years of her life would have been like without the personal attention she receives from these Angels. I have now reached the point where I have exhausted every financial option available to continue with the care she needs.

I am now asking for assistance from the community. We have good samaritans and good hearts that I have faith in.  My mother touched many lives and she belived in educaton for our children. 

My hope is that her final memories are in her own home where she is most comfortable and happy.
