My mother-in-law is facing an incredibly difficult time after the recent loss of her husband to cancer. Not only is she grieving, but she is also struggling with the unexpected financial burden of his funeral. The insurance policy will not pay for his funeral, and as someone on a limited income, she simply does not have the means to cover these expenses on her own.
