Help with funds for cataract surger

I am a 45 year old mother of 2 who developed cataracts in both eyes. I have a job with insurance but the deductible and the remaining balance is out of our budget . I need help to pay the deductible and the balance after insurance so that I can get the surgery before the cataracts get any worse. I have tried three different agencies for assistance already to no avail and am hoping I can raise the funds this way as a last resort. I have a husband and daughter who are deaf and communicate through American sign language so I need my eyes to see what they are saying as well as for interpreting and communicating with all our deaf friends in the deaf community. I did not expect to have to deal with this at my age and have already put it off a year and a half due to insufficient funds to be able to pay so any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated. I don't normally ask for money or help but I am in a position where this has to be taken care of and I just don't have the means being on a very limited income to pay for it which really bothers me a lot.
