Help with fixing our floors and gas lines

We got this house from my fiance's mom and it needs a lot of work we don't have the funding to replace the floors in the gas lines we it's been patched up a little bit to where the bathroom can be used but it didn't really needs to be done right we're on disability and the bills and everything take up most of what we get every month anything can help thank you
