Help with Diana's Medical Bills

A few years ago, my heart stopped when I was at work, thankfully at an ambulance service.  Since then, I've been hospitalized 4 different times, usually for cardiac issues.  Last summer I had a pacemaker placed to prevent my heart "pausing" any more than it already has.  I went through months of difficulty breathing after that.  On December 28th, 2016, I went from having a calm day at work to being unconscious in 10 minutes.  Since that day, I've gone from having a little weakness in the morning to not being able to work within only two days. Now, I can't lift anything heavier than a gallon of milk without passing out.  My heart races often, leaving me light-headed and breathless.  I've been to numerous specialists, have had numerous tests run, and am left with no answers.  Last year when I was in the hospital, my cardiologist diagnosed me with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), and, combined with my previous diagnosis of neurocardiogenic syncope (NCS), it makes my condition more difficult to treat because of my body's sensitivity to both diagnoses. 
     I haven't been able to work at all since January, and have lost my job with the health department.  The only income we have is my husband's small monthly paycheck. 
     With all my medical bills and only one small income, we are about 2 months away from using up all our savings.  In an attempt to avoid filing for bankruptcy, we are asking for help with  medical bills.  With those paid, we can eek by, but we won't have to file for bankruptcy. 
     I am in a wheelchair nearly daily now.  I go to worship with our local congregation every time I feel I can, thanks to my husband being able to load and unload the wheelchair.  I continue to try to be optimistic, but realistically, my body's condition worsens daily.  I get weaker, fall more frequently, and suffer mentally and emotionally more with all my body's changes.
     I have been married to my husband since April of 2016, and I am the proud stepmom to a sweet-hearted little boy.
