Help with college tuition and a new computer

Hello, I'm Ricardo, a Computer Science student at University in Lisbon. I use my computer to do every sort of things at the University. My study is based on that. From software developing to math, it's required for everything in Computer Sciences. 
Recently I broke it in an unfortunately accident and the repair costs are huge! This happens at a time that I have some financial problems with my tuition too. I need to pay this semester. With this debt I can't afford a new computer, even if it's necessary in my daily life. With the money I'll buy a new computer (I don't have any in mind) and will use the rest of the money to pay for tuition. Thanks in advance for all your help!
