Help with care for Mom

Hello. Thank you for your time. My mother has came to stay with my family after a recent hospital stay.  She had a heart attack, her kidney and liver were starting to fail. She recoved enough to leave the hospital but there's still a long road ahead. She's 56. 5ft 10in and less then 90. We do not know why she can not gain or keep weight anymore. This is part of what cause her recent stay. I have brought her back from South Carolina to North Carolina in hopes to find her new and better drs than can get us answers and get us many more years with my mother. Until everything can get switched with her insurance and everything up here. Though she's staying with my family we're on 1 income for our large family already and there's so much she needs already. New dentures alone are $2,800 which she needs since hers are old and now too big after her weight loss. Make it harder for her to eat when she does eat. And when she doesn't we're giving her meal replacement shakes. Please know that any and all help is greatly appreciated and we thank you. Please no rude comments or out of line suggestions. I'm just attempting to do the best I can for my mother and get her healthy and back on her feet.
