Help with cancer treatment cost

I'm raising money for my medical bills because I am struggling to make ends meet. For those of you who know me,  it is not easy for me to ask for help.  Unfortunately, the last four years have taken a toll on my finances.  I was diagnosed November 6th 2013 with stage IV colorectal cancer, which has metastasized to my liver.  It has been a constant battle fighting this cancer: surgeries, hospitalization and infections. Having to take time off from work due to cancer has caused me great financial hardship. I continue with bi-weekly treatment but am having difficulty meeting my co-pays.
I am now unable to afford treatments that are recommended.
Lately, my spirit has been crushed and I am feeling very overwhelmed with financial burden.
