Help with Boofy

This was my mothers Idea.With humility I desperately need to ask for help.My Old boy here Boofy,15 years old,is in a bad way and needs to urgently see a vet.Being on disability I do not have any money or items to sell and have recently got into a large debt getting a tumour cut off his brothers arm.
Boofy started sneezing two days ago..then I woke up to a completely different cat.His face is swollen he cannot breath..eat or drink I have been giving him syringes of fluids.His eyes are mostly shut watering and bleeding, his nose is bleeding and there's blood coming from his mouth,he doesnt smell good.He is looking emaciated and its very upsetting as he is suffering greatly right now.I have the feeling he may have to be put to sleep.I have racked my brain for what I can do...(I have no way of getting extra income to take him urgently to the vets).Thankyou for your love and support please pass around
