Hey friends and family,
Asking for help is not easy but here I am. Many of you have asked how you can help and this would be it. Anything you can give would mean the world to our family. Funds will be applied for paying a defense attorneys retainer( about $10,000),bail and our family expenses since Zack is our main source of income since I do not start my job until 10/22. He will be missing at least 2 weeks of work.
Zack was inolved in a physical altercation in the early morning of 9/29. He was arrested and has been in Ada County Jail since. He had his bond hearing today 10/1 and bail was issued for $150,000. For bail 10% would be required. We do not have that money to bail Zack out. At this point we will wait for his next hearing on 10/12 where he will have an attorney and his bail will be argued to a lower amount and we will have to pay his bail.This is not a normal behavior of Zack and we are hopeful the defense attorney will show Zacks side of the story.
Again asking for help is not easy and quite shameful but at this point anything will help with our family.
