Help Winter St Artists Fire Recovery Fund

There was a fire at Winter Street Studios on the morning of Tuesday, December 20. No one was hurt but the damage to the building and its contents was severe. There is smoke damage to the entire building in addition to structural damage in the area of the explosion.

My studio was not as affected as bad as others but all the studios suffered smoke damage and all the artwork that was in the halls suffered damage including mine. We are all going to be displaced and unable to open our studios for a while.

I am setting up this GoFundMe to help me, my studio mates, and the other artists of Winter Street to get our livelihood back. Clean up has started but it’s a long road ahead. We are all going to be displaced for a while. Every little bit help.

Some of the other artists whose damage was the most severe has started GoFundMe pages also. Some had insurance but I did not. Even with insurance it barely covers hardly anything.
