Help Wilmer Ruiz's speedy recovery

Hello Friends and Family,

Recently my cousin Wilmer Ruiz along with his dad were in a car accident in the Philippines. The crash was severe for my cousin as it was his side that was struck badly. He suffered with a concussion and has many scratches on his body. He is currently suffering with complex craniofacial fractures and needs to be opperated. He is also suffering with some fluid in his brain, and is under observation. MRI results also show he has swelling in his brain. Since he needs to be observed, all the tests and operation are very expensive. Moreover, as this happened in the Philippines, and their healthcare are unlike ours, the medical bills can be very high.

Just in case he is given clearance to fly back to Canada, he needs to be flown back via business class as per his current condition and getting an urgent ticket is quite costly. 

Our family would like to ask for any donations to help pay the medical bills and help Wilmer with his speedy recovery.
