Help Widowed Mother Keep Her Home

In August 2017, I was contacted by a young couple wanting to buy their first home. We met at my office and discussed all that is involved with buying a home and our strategy to make it happen. After this couple and their young infant son left my office, I knew there was something special about them.

They had done their home work. They had done all the things necessary to insure they would qualify for a mortgage. They had saved their money for a down payment, they had protected their credit, and now they were ready.

It didn't take long before we found the perfect little home for them. We put in an offer and the next day, we were notified that their offer had been accepted. Soon thereafter, they closed on this new home and they moved in to begin their new lives as homeowners. I will never forget the day they closed. It was like they were in disbelief that it was happening. They were so happy and grateful.

On December 14th, they headed out for Farmington, NM to visit family for an early Christmas so they could spend the actual Christmas Day as a family in their new home. It would be the first of many, they were sure. This was not to be. A terrible accident would change the direction of their family instantly.

TaLor and the baby were badly injured in the wreck. TaLor would end up with a lacerated liver, broken ribs, a broken clavical, a fractured pelvis, 5 fractured lumbar, and a broken arm. The baby would suffer a broken femur, a broken arm, a broken calvical, and a concussion. Both would need to be airlifted to Denver for emergency care.

Neil and the family dog would not be so lucky. Neil, unfortunately, succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

Now, not only does this young mother and her young son have to heal from all of their terrible injuries, they have to deal with the loss of their partner and father.

With all of this, TaLor has to worry about how she is going to pay her new mortgage on their new home. This is where I wanted to step in.

My goal is to raise enough money to help pay her mortgage until she and her young son can heal up and then give thought to what to do with the house.

Please help me help her. Your donation will go directly to pay her mortgage payment. Any donation size will be a help in reaching our goal.

And after you donate, please share this campaign with your friends, family, and coworkers.

Thank you for your help and contribution.
