Help while off work with open-heart surgery

I have to open-heart surgery and will be missing work with no paid time off.  Normally I do fundraising for others so this quite embarrassing for me to do. Normally we have overtime at our work and I would work 70-75 hours a week and put money aside for this but we have not had any at all. So I am reaching out asking for help. I am asking for 800.00 to help me out while off work as it already takes everything we have to make. Any support would be GREATLY appreciated!
