<div>We are William and Francois Anderson. We are both from Westgreen, a tight-knit community in Montego Bay, Jamaica. We both currently reside in the United States, and are reaching out on behalf of our beloved community. Westgreen is facing a crisis that has profoundly tested its resolve.

<div><strong>The Catastrophe:</strong> Hurricane Melissa didn't just bring rain; it brought devastation. When the Barnett River breached its banks, it resulted in a staggering destruction of our community: homes have been flooded, and personal belongings, furniture, appliances, and irreplaceable memories have been completely ruined or buried in thick mud. Our community has lost the sense of home overnight.

<div>As we continue to assess the full extent of the damage, one thing is painfully clear: the road to recovery is long, and we cannot walk it alone.

<div><strong>Our Partnership and Plan:</strong> We are partnering directly with our trusted local pillar, the <a href="https://share.google/9DYrJNA3URbDpcQKA" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Westgreen Jamaica Bible Church</strong></a> , to ensure every dollar collected goes directly to those most in need.
