  I was born in a very poor family and started working at 15. I’ve done dozens of jobs across Europe and the U.S. I’ve survived — but I haven’t truly lived. I don’t want to spend the next 20–40 years just getting by. I want to build something real: a business, a home, a family, a future.
  My goal: launch my first residential development in Texas — one single-family home — and use that win to build the next two or three. I’ve spent hundreds of hours studying permits, budgets, land criteria, contractors, and lending. I registered my companies, set up the structure, and prepared a plan. I just need the seed capital to start.
  What the $50,000 covers (every dollar has a job):

  5.	Secure a construction loan that finances 100% of build + land (standard in this price tier).
  6.	Build, sell, and roll profits into the next projects.
