My name is Vivian, and I’m facing severe genetic periodontal disease that is destroying my jaw bone and causing me to lose my teeth. It’s been a difficult journey, and I’ve reached a point where I need urgent medical intervention to save my jaw and teeth. My doctors have told me I need bone grafts and a specific oral surgery, but unfortunately, only a small portion of the cost is covered by insurance. The out-of-pocket expenses are overwhelming, and I’m left needing to raise a significant amount to move forward with the treatment.

If I don’t have this surgery, I risk losing all my teeth and even my jaw. The infection could spread and cause even more damage to my body, making this not just a dental issue, but a serious threat to my overall health. Every day, I feel the impact of this disease, and it’s taken a toll on my confidence, my ability to eat, and my daily life. I’m doing everything I can, but I can’t do this alone.

I know there are many important causes out there, and it’s not easy to ask for help. But anything you can give would truly make a difference for me during this difficult time. There are no words to express how grateful I am for the support and kindness of others. Thank you for reading my story and for considering helping me on this journey to healing.
