Help Curably Blind Kids in India Impacted by COVID

These kids had a rough start in life. Born into rural poverty, they came into the world completely blind. Despite their challenges, they are vibrant, curious kids who are eager to learn and love to play. They were lucky enough to be connected to Project Prakash, an organization who gave them free surgery so they could gain sight. However, COVID-19 has placed their lives in jeopardy. As India has shut down much of the economy, these children's families are no longer able to work. Before the pandemic, parents worked as day laborers, earning a handful of dollars each week. Now, without that meager income, these children's access to basic necessities, like food, is threatened. Many of these families live off as little as $18 a week. This means your small acts of generosity, like donating $2.50, can sustain an entire family for a day.
