US Virgin Islands Peace Officer Standards & Training (POST) is in desperate need of items after Hurricane Irma and Maria devastated the Islands.
POST Headquarters located on St. Croix is without power, telephone, and internet and are unable to occupy the building and work without these important utilities.
They are in desperate need of a generator. The island is still without power and has limited communication.
With winds in excess of 175mph, parts of the roof of the POST building was lifted and now has severe leaks. They have been getting occassional flash floods which has made the situation much worse with leaks inside the building.
