<div>Hello, my name is Miles. When I first moved to the U.S., I didn’t know many people. That’s when I met Tita Viola, who was working as a phlebotomist at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. From the very beginning, she welcomed me like family, and she and her late husband have been a constant source of love and support in my life.

<div>Since her husband’s passing in 2020, Tita Viola has been carrying everything on her own, often working 7 days a week just to keep up with her mortgage, utilities, and medical bills.

<div>Right now, she’s in the hospital with a hypertensive crisis and complications from chronic kidney disease. She hasn’t been able to work, and while she focuses on getting better, the stress of bills is weighing heavily on her.
