Help Victor heal in order to work

Victor was orphaned at a young age by his Mom, and then later his Dad died leaving Victor to tend to his younger brother and sister in Kenya.  Victor is older now and married with a young baby girl.  He has trouble hanging on at times, keeping his head above water, in his work and would like to get more schooling to get a better job than driving a taxi.  His ambition is to go back to school... he needs support to help with his family and all of his duties as a surviving son.'
Victor is a music minister in Kenya also.  His wife also, serves along side Victor.  Victor is self taught at playing the keyboard at their church.  He just needs a help out  or a boost up to get himself financially over the hump of caring for his family.  Victor suffers with recurring bouts of Malaria also... he needs medicine and medical treatments at times also.  All help would be greatly appreciated.
