My name is Verónica Andreina Mazutiel Vargas and I'm from Venezuela. I'm 22 years old and I study Computer Engineering at the Simón Bolívar University in Caracas, Venezuela. I was selected as an exchange student for a Double Degree program at the Telecom SudParis University, located in France.
This is a great opportunity in which I will be able to acquire new knowledges in the computer field, to know and share with different people from diffrent cultures, and also to show the skills I have acquired in my home university.
The exhange will last 2 years, in which I will complete a Master of Science in Computer Science for Communication Networks, with several elective subjects in the field, starting in September 2018.
Unfortunately, the current economic situation in my country makes it difficult for me to fulfill my dream. The restrictions to buy dollars and the inflation have had a huge impact on my chance to have enough money to start this journey.
This is why I need help to pay my flight ticket and the monthly living costs for al least the first months. In France, I'm allowed to work with a student visa, with which I could fund my monthly expenses like acommodation and food, which I cannot do with my current savings until I arrive there. Any type of collaboration will make a difference to help me make my dream come true.

Mi nombre es Verónica Andreina Mazutiel Vargas y soy de Venezuela. Tengo 22 años y estudio Ingeniería de Computación, en la Universidad Simón Bolívar en Caracas, Venezuela. Fui seleccionado como estudiante de intercambio para un programa de Doble Titulación en la Universidad Télécom SudParis, ubicada en Francia.
Esta es una gran oportunidad en la que podré adquirir nuevos conocimientos en el campo de la computación y en la que podré conocer y compartir con muchas personas de diferentes culturas, y la vez demostrar las habilidades que he adquirido en mi alma mater.
El intercambio tendrá una duración de 2 años, en el que completaré una Maestría en Ciencias de la Computación para Redes de Comunicación, con varias materias electivas en el campo, comenzando en septiembre de 2018.
Desafortunadamente, por la situación económica actual en mi país se me dificulta cumplir mi sueño. Las restricciones para comprar dólares y la inflación han tenido un gran impacto en mi oportunidad de tener suficiente dinero para iniciar esta nueva etapa.
Es por esto que necesito ayuda para pagar mi boleto de avión y el costo de vida mensual por lo menos durante los primeros meses. En Francia, se me permite trabajar con una visa de estudiante, con lo que podría financiar mis gastos mensuales, como alojamiento y comida, lo cual no puedo hacer con mis ahorros actuales hasta que llegue allí. Cualquier tipo de colaboración marcará la diferencia para ayudar a cumplir mi sueño.
