Help Velda's Fight Against Lymphoma

Dear Friends & Family,
As many of you may already know my mother-in-law Velda Folster was recently diagnosed with Lymphoma. This type is called Diffuse large B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma or DLBCL. It starts in the lymph nodes but can spread to other areas of the body and is aggressive.
In the past few weeks this has taken over her life, health and has completely turned our lives upside down. As most know Velda has always been a hardworking woman who always put the needs of others first. She was working up until a month ago and now is unable too. Velda will be starting chemotherapy this week in which will be her future for the next few months or longer. This has made not only an emotional impact on our family, but also an unexpected financial one as well.
This money will go to help with all the financial needs of traveling back and forth to the city for treatments from Wadena, medical needs and to help ease any financial stress. Our hope is that Velda and our family will be able to focus solely on her regaining her strength and overcoming this cancer.
