<div><strong>They had days to live. We couldn't turn away.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Valley Paws United is a small nonprofit that has been serving our community for just one year, but when we learned that nearly <strong>30 dogs at the San Benito Dog Shelter </strong> were scheduled to be euthanized due to overcrowding, limited funding, and lack of space, we knew we had to act.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We said <strong>YES </strong>when so many had already been given up on.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>What we found was heartbreaking. These dogs arrived covered in fleas and ticks, severely underweight, malnourished, unvaccinated, and desperately in need of medical care. Many required immediate treatment, vaccinations, spay and neuter surgeries, nutritious food, and a safe place to recover.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To make matters even more heartbreaking, some of the puppies that came from this shelter did not survive after rescue because they were suffering from severe tick-borne illnesses. Their loss is a painful reminder of how critical it is to rescue these animals before it's too late and provide them with immediate veterinary care.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Then came another surprise...
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Several of the rescued dogs were pregnant.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Almost overnight, those 30 rescued lives became <strong>nearly 50 dogs </strong>depending on us for survival. We also involved other rescues to join forces with us and take action.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As a nonprofit that is only one year old, this unexpected rescue has stretched our finances beyond what we ever imagined. Every single dollar we receive goes directly toward providing lifesaving care—medical treatment, vaccinations, food, supplies, and giving these dogs the second chance they deserve.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>We urgently need your help.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>

<div><strong>AYÚDANOS A SALVAR A LOS PERROS QUE NADIE MÁS PODÍA SALVAR.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Les quedaban días de vida. No podíamos darles la espalda.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Entonces llegó otra sorpresa...
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Necesitamos urgentemente tu ayuda.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Cada hora cuenta. Cada donación cuenta. Cada vida cuenta.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
