Help Valarie recover from shooting in Marshall,Tx

On Friday, March 19, Valarie was delivering newspapers, one of two jobs she has, when she was shot at random by a man she does not know in a neighboring house while on her route.
The bullet went in her back, went through her kidney, spleen and broke two ribs. She is in the hospital and her colon and blood pressure is being monitored closely as doctors want to avoid surgery.
She does not know her medical bills and if she pulls through, doctors said she will need three to four months of rehabilitation. She is also the manager of a convenient store in Longview. Valarie is 34, married and has three step-children.
