Hi friends, family, and kind-hearted souls —

We’re Valarie and Scott, a husband and wife team who have been walking a tough road together since 2019. Our story is one of deep love, faith that never quits, and a quiet kind of courage — the kind that shows up daily, even when life keeps throwing curveballs.

In 2019, Scott was diagnosed with cancer. That moment changed everything. Over the past several years, he’s undergone chemo, surgeries, and countless treatments. Through it all, we’ve held tight to God, to each other, and to hope.

“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”

But as you can imagine, the financial toll has been overwhelming.

I (Valarie) work full-time, and I’ve carried that weight while also being Scott’s caregiver. We’ve stretched every dollar. We’ve gone without, made sacrifices, and prayed over bills. But now… we need help.

We are humbly asking for support — not because it’s easy, but because we’re at a place where it’s necessary. The funds from this GoFundMe will help cover:

   •   Medical bills and treatment-related costs

   •   Monthly living expenses (housing, utilities, groceries)

   •   Debt accumulated over the last six years of hardship

   •   Mental and emotional care needs

   •   Building a more sustainable life that allows us to heal and breathe again

Our goal is $400,000 — and while that number feels impossible, we know nothing is impossible with God.
