<div>Hello everyone,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Val Grose, and I am a 70-year-old Masters track and field athlete proudly representing Jamaica. In August–September 2026, I will be competing in the 100m, 200m, and Long Jump at the World Masters Athletics Championships in South Korea — one of the most prestigious events in the world for veteran athletes.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This journey is more than just a competition for me. It’s about proving that age is no limit to passion, discipline, and the pursuit of excellence. Every time I step on the track, I carry the spirit of Jamaica — strength, pride, and resilience — and I want to show that determination can keep us running strong at any stage of life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Preparing for a world championship requires year-round dedication, intense training, and proper recovery. Unfortunately, these come with significant costs, including:
</div>
<div>• Airfare and accommodation in South Korea
</div>
<div>• Competition entry fees
</div>
<div>• Training expenses, equipment, and travel for preparation meets
</div>
<div>• Nutrition and recovery support
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To make this dream possible, I’m seeking to raise $10,000 to help cover these expenses.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your support — no matter the amount — will help me proudly wear the Jamaican colors on the world stage and inspire others, young and old, to keep chasing their goals.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you believe that determination has no age limit, please consider contributing and sharing this campaign with your friends, family, and networks. Every bit of encouragement means the world.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for believing in me and supporting this incredible journey to South Korea. Together, we can show that passion, discipline, and the Jamaican spirit never grow old.
</div>
