Help USVI CJA Panel Attorneys

Our fellow CJA Panel attorneys and their staff members in the District of the U.S. Virgin Islands need our help. In particular, the islands of St. Thomas and St. John have experienced almost total destruction as a result of Hurricane Irma.  The U.S. District Court for the USVI is in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  I am hoping that all of the Panel attorneys from the Third Circuit's Districts in PA-W, PA-M, PA-E, and the Districts of New Jersey and Delaware will contribute as much as we can to help our colleagues down in the USVI.
