<div>Hi, I am Roshdi from Gaza. 23 years old. A Pharm D student. My family consists of 8 members. My younger brother is in his 2nd year while my younger sister is in her last year of high school. Our dream is to survive the war and continue to thrive in academia and progress in our education. Tragically, the destruction of universities and schools in Gaza has massively derailed our journey and our lives. We have lost a year of our education.

<div>I appeal to your conscience and humanity to save me and my family from certain death. We live every moment of our lives in terror, fear, and anticipation of an unknown fate. The war machine in Gaza doesn’t differentiate between humans and trees, nor between animals and stones, as everyone is in the target zone.

<div>We have been living the worst days of our lives for six months, as if we were in ancient times, where water, air, electricity, food, medicine, safety, peace, and humanity all didn’t exist and we are still fighting for life.

<div>Two months ago, my grandfather died due to the lack of health centers and a severe shortage of medicines as a result of his chronic diseases,

<div>She’s may not be able to speak to me and say “I’m scared” but I know her well to understand her body language and facial expressions. She’s terrified of any sound and runs and hides when she hears the bombing. Lulu hasn’t got access to her food, she’s eats what we eat. Considering the fact we tend to eat canned food and find that it affects our health, you can only imagine what this must be like for Lulu

<div>‏This war has lasted too long, and our mental health and lives are constantly in danger. We have reached a point where there is no more hope for us here in Gaza. We are just waiting to die. Even if there is a ceasefire, the destruction in Gaza cannot be quickly repaired.

<div>‏To cross the Gaza-Egypt border at "Rafah," our names need to be listed in the crossing list (paid permit). Coordinators in Egypt, authorized to add my family's names to the list at the border, are now demanding between $5,000 and $7,000 per PERSON! They will not add the names until we can prove that we have the money ready.
