<div><strong>THE PURPOSE OF THIS FUNDRAISING IS FORMING THE ALL-UKRAINIAN INFORMATION &amp; CULTURAL FUND</strong>

<div>Ukraina Inc., in cooperation with Leadership International Foundation and Ukrainian University Club, initiated the creation of the All-Ukrainian Information and Cultural Fund.
</div>

</div>
<div>The All-Ukrainian Information &amp; Cultural Fund should become the financial base for the implementation of the following projects:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>— creation of the All-Ukrainian Ukrainocentric media system and the formation of a Ukrainocentric information space and a powerful information and cultural front;
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>— financing of scientific research, publishing and educational activities to debunk the Russian historical myth along with dissemination of truthful information about Ukraine, Ukrainian history and culture;
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>— establishing of Ukrainocentric education and enlightenment through the Ukrainian universities system;
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>— funding of an All-Ukrainian award for journalists, scholars and cultural figures for outstanding achievements in the information, science and cultural front.
</div>

</div>
<div>The goal is to raise $100,000 to start, and over time, create a sustainable financial base sufficient to implement the projects mentioned above.
</div>

</div>
<div>To have it done, the Ukrainians Worldwide community needs to make an average contribution of only $50: someone can afford to donate just $1, $10 or $100, and someone can afford to donate $1,000, $10,000 or even $100,000…
