I'm Liam Dale, or as my students call me, "Teacher Li." I’m so proud to sponsor my school’s step team, where 15 passionate students are learning stepping—a powerful art form rooted in African American history and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) traditions. Stepping teaches teamwork, discipline, and leadership, but starting a team from scratch comes with challenges.

I am raising $3,000 by December 31st to cover professional coaching, practice and performance equipment, clinic transportation, and a t-shirt press for team apparel and fundraising. Without this funding, the team can’t access professional guidance or the tools they need to grow, perform, and succeed.
