Our Dream, Our Struggle, Our Fight 
 
My husband and I have been married for 18 incredible years, and one of our biggest dreams has always been to start a family together. We've been blessed to help raise some amazing kids, including my godson and stepdaughter, but nothing compares to the desire to have a child of our own. 
 
At 43, I recently faced a devastating reality: I was diagnosed with fibroids and scar tissue that require surgery. The road ahead is uncertain, and I may need a hysterectomy, which would take away our chance at experiencing the joy of pregnancy and childbirth. We've tried everything to make our dream a reality, and it's heartbreaking to think that it might not be possible. But we're not giving up yet. 
 
I'm putting my heart and soul into fighting for this chance, and I need your help. The surgeries, fertility treatments, travel, and related medical bills are expensive, and insurance won't cover everything. That's why I'm turning to our community, friends, and loved ones to help us raise the funds we need to make this dream a reality.
