<div>Through this project, we’re assembling self-care kits filled with essentials like hygiene products, snacks, affirmations, and handmade cards—small but powerful reminders that healing is possible and that no one is alone.

<div>Eating disorders affect millions of people, yet they’re often hidden in silence. <strong>Our goal is to break that silence and offer comfort, encouragement, and resources to those in recovery.</strong> These kits will be distributed through food drives, local chapters, and community partners who support mental health and wellness.
