Help us send CPLL Challenger team to the LLWS!

Willow Glen Little League would like to extend a big part of our heart and help send this team to the Little League World Series! We would love to raise as much money as we can however, our personal goal is set at $30,000. Cambrian Park needs to raise a minimum of $100,000. Many of you are not aware WGLL usually does have a Challenger program available. Sadly due to Covid restrictions, we did not have a large turnout like we typically do this season. For this reason 3 of our Challenger players have been playing with the Cambrian Park Challenger team. Because we know we can make this happen and extend a helping hand, WGLL will donate a match up to $5,000. Our community has always been highly generous to all of our needs within the league. This is just one more thing we would like to accomplish within our community. Every donation means something so please do not think it's not enough. We are so thankful for all that you can give.

 

Every penny donated will go straight to the CPLL Challengers team that will be revealed at the Under the Lights weekend. We can do this WGLL! What is the Little League Challenger Program? The Little League Challenger Program is Little Leagues’ adaptive baseball program for individuals with physical and intellectual challenges. Little League® International has chosen Cambrian Park Little League challenger division to play in the 2022 Little League Challenger Division® Exhibition Game in Williamsport, Pa. This will mark the first time a team from San Jose has taken part in the Little League Baseball World Series, the world’s premier tournament in youth sports. The exhibition game will take place in the iconic Volunteer Stadium on August 27, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. EDT.
