Hello! My name is Ariana Rosado Fernández (from San Juan, Puerto Rico) and I'm honored to vouch for, and share, the story of a young couple from Gaza, Palestine, and their first-born, Youseff who, as many of you can already imagine, are going through the most arduous period of their lives: the displacement, genocide and starvation that has been ongoing for almost four years.

It has now been a year since I've been in contact with Tariq and Iman, who I've spoken to via videocall and audios.

Before the war, Tariq and Iman led normal, healthy lives. That all changed once displaced with no roof over their heads and no easy access to basis necessities like food, water, clothing, medicine nor milk or diapers for baby Youseff.

Time is of the essence for survival, and time continues to pass by: Youseff has already taken his first steps in their tent, robbed of his toys, safety and infant life.

We're asking for donations in order to cover food, medicine, basic needs for Youssef, Iman and Tariq.

We'll provide updates whenever possible and are already so thankful for your humanity and effort in these dire time of need!

As time goes on, our baby Youssef has become a toddler! He just turned 2 and Tariq continues his studies onwards! Can you help us reach our next goal of $3,000?

Life as newlyweds at their previous home...

And life right now, as they prepare a new tent for the upcoming (third!) winter in displacement.

Tariq turned two! He is a little rascal, as we can also see him running through the camp. He is like every other child and so deserves to have a childhood.

Additionally, in 2026, Tariq has lost his own father, which has become a greater burden on him as head of the family. Tariq needs all the help he can get.
