I am reaching out because my family, including our beloved pets, is facing the possibility of losing our home. We are currently in the eviction process due to overdue rent, and despite exhausting every resource we know of, we have nowhere else to turn. The timing couldn’t be worse—winter is approaching, and the holidays are just around the corner. The thought of my children and pets being without a safe, warm place to sleep is heartbreaking.
