Dearest at1.space community
As you can imagine, the current situation is making life rather challenging for all of us, in different ways. However, what brings us all together is that time of the day when we step onto our mats, take a deep breath in and out (making the belly big), stretch out, do about a million planks (we love them, Mumtaz) but mainly we feel safe and at peace surrounded by our community, even if only at a distance. The online sessions that Yasmin, Mumtaz and Laura have been running have been a great success, bringing us all together, helping with our physical and mental health. On top of that, to show gratitude and support for our beloved NHS these sessions have been available to them at no charge.

Unfortunately, even with the new online only membership options, and sadly with the landlord not working with them the way they had hoped, the studio is struggling financially.
The last thing we want is for our lovely studio to not be able to reopen once the lockdown is lifted.
At1.space has been such an important part of the community, always going above and beyond to help people, to offer a safe and nurturing space where everybody is welcome. And on its 2nd birthday we’d like to ask for your help to make sure we all have our little yoga home to return to.
The fact we have been able to keep practicing, even at a distance, has made a huge difference to everyone. All the work Yasmin and Mumtaz have put into ensuring this community keeps thriving in these uncertain times is short of incredible. They have kept going against all odds.
Now we ask you, the at1.space community, to consider a donation to help keep at1.space open beyond the lockdown. We understand this is a lot to ask right now, but we all need this community now more than ever. Any amount would be greatly appreciated. Whether you are able to support the studio financially, we would appreciate if you could spread the word, share the amazing work Yasmin and Mumtaz are doing and keep them in your thoughts.
